Our Cause

The AE club is a UAA student club focusing on "hands on" experience while assisting Habitat for Humanity in their mission to eliminate substandard housing. The AE club is open to any and all UAA students carrying 3 credits that are interested in doing service work. We raise most of our travel money through donations and fundraising events. We travel every year to different parts of the country during the two weeks between the spring and summer semesters. Last summer we traveled to Miami for the second time. The AE club has done more than 6000 hours of community service work with Habitat for Humanity. This year the team has voted to travel to New Orleans.
